360 Motion Events will require:
- A signed and returned hire agreement
- A minimum of 2m x 2m of space
- A plug socket (3 pin plug socket within 15m)
- Access to working WiFi
- Access to your venue 1 / 1.5 hours prior to set up

Guests - You will receive your videos instantly with our sharing station via QR code, airdrop, WhatsApp, email etc.
Customer/Client - You will be sent a formal email the following morning including our feedback form and a URL link to your online gallery showcasing all of your beautiful 360 memories taken on the day!
We ask for a minimum of 2m x 2m of space to operate sufficiently, this space is showcased within our National Wedding Show booth set up (within our events gallery), a photo can be provided if needed.

Our platform provides you with unlimited entertainment during your hire, capturing the happiest of moments and sharing them instantly so that your guests have something extra to leave with.
All you have to do is stand on our booth, pose and smile - 360 Motion Events will engage with your guests whilst the cameras recording to ensure you videos comes out amazing and guests are satisfied.
Once you have decided 360 Motion Events are who you would like to capture your 360 photo booth moments we just require:
- Your full name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Event type
- Event location to draw up your invoice and hire agreement.
- Agreement that you can meet our terms/requirements (noted above and within our hire agreement)
Payment terms are as follows -
Private events - we require a £50 non refundable booking fee to secure your date. Your remining balance is required to be paid no later than a week prior to your event.
Weddings/Corporate events - we require a 20% non refundable booking fee to secure your date.
Your remaining balance is required to be paid within 6 months of your booking fee payment / no later than 31 days prior to your event whichever comes first.
Your booking fee payment will be deducted from your total balance.
Set up and take down times are not included in or deducted from your hire time.
If idle time is required this will need to be discussed and negotiated with us.
All booking fee payments are non-refundable.
A hire agreement will need to be signed and returned which includes full details of our cancellation and change of date policies.
Private events -
If you decide to cancel your event/agreement, please notify us in writing within 14 days of your event.
In the event that you cancel our services less than 14 days prior to the reserved hire date, you will agree to forfeit 25% of the overall amount plus 100% of all custom items for value received.
Any cancellation occurring less than 7 days prior to the event shall forfeit any and all payments received.
Weddings / Corporate events -
If you decide to cancel your event/agreement, please notify us in writing within 90 days of your event.
In the event that you cancel our services less than 90 days prior to the reserved hire date, you will agree to forfeit 25% of the overall amount plus 100% of all custom items for value received.
Any cancellation occurring less than 60 days prior to the event shall forfeit any and all payments received.
Change of date -
We will make the best effort to accommodate your requirement and provide services on the proposed new date.
